Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Self Defense

You will learn how to submit opponents by using joint manipulation and blood chokes chokes to incapacitate opponents. Jiu jitsu teaches you how to restrain your opponent. This can help you to defuse a fight without seriously injuring your opponent. You will also learn how to throw your opponent and take them down many different ways.
